About Kaleb
Hi, my name's Kaleb. I was raised in Wilmington, NC and attended Grace Baptist Church, part of the Independent Fundamentalist Baptist movement. My experience with IFB was incredibly damaging, and I attempted suicide at 14 and 17.

In 2014 and 2015 during high school I took public legal action against my community college for "religious freedom," appearing on FoxNews. But, I was privately an Agnostic. When I graduated high school and went to Colorado Christian University to study Theology, I was also an Agnostic.

I graduated in three years with a BA in Theology and a BA in Abrahamic Languages and have spent 18 months as a minister in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I'm currently enrolled in Phillips Seminary for an MDiv and will be moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Over the past few years, I've regained my faith in a very real, but different, way. My advocacy for LGBTQ affirmation, refugees, interfaith dialogue, liberation theology and more have caused conflict, but I think it is necessary to be outspoken to help others find faith again in Christ's death, resurrection, and return.
